Some of you may not be aware that Microsoft have released the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant for Office 365. This is a tool to make things a little easier when trying to diagnose issues with Office 365 installation, Microsoft Outlook for Windows and Mac and mobile devices.

The tool can fix the following issues:

1. Outlook stops responding
2. Can’t receive emails in Outlook
3. Outlook keeps asking for password
4. Shared mailboxes or shared calendars don’t work in Outlook
5. Outlook keeps saying Trying to connect or “Disconnected”
6. Can’t sync email in Office 365 email on your phone
